Monica Sverdlove, CPA* our founder and CEO brings over a decade of experience working in the accounting and consulting world in progressively complex and multi faceted roles. Monica started her career working in compliance for a NY based investment manager, with subsequent roles in public accounting and portfolio accounting.

Most recently, Monica led the Business Services division of one of the most innovative and technology driven accounting firms in the region, focusing on small and medium sized businesses, as well as automation initiatives. Throughout that role, Monica led several venture capital backed companies through complex accounting and system scale ups, allowing these companies to successfully complete several rounds of funding.

Monica started Escale Business Solutions based on the fundamental belief that small and medium sized businesses deserve access to the same high level technical and strategic guidance that large companies have.
